Mood Board "the App” provides the ability to create shoppable collages using product images "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
Your name and email address - this data is collected as a matter of course upon installation. No data pertaining to customers is collected.
Product data – Mood Board App is able to read your product information data. This allows you to create shoppable collages using different products in your store. Note that Mood Board App can’t change product data.
Content – Mood Board App is able to read page data. It also creates a new page where all the product collages are displayed. Mood Board App can’t change page data.
Themes – Mood Board App is able to read theme data to allow you to choose which theme the app should be installed into. Mood Board App generates a specific CSS file & page template, and adds a piece of code in them so that your product collages can function properly.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We need your personal data so that we can provide you with “the Service” and so that Mood Board App works as it should. We also use your contact information to communicate with you about your account, to optimize and improve the App, and so we can promote Mood Board App and our other related products to you.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not share your personal information to third parties.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention
We only retain information on the sets you create to render any pages you may require, you are able to use the application to remove any sets you have arranged. We do not retain any additional data beyond what is required for the application to function, all data sets remain resident within the pages that are created within your store.
